I received my initial certification as a Holistic Health Counselor from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition, followed by certifications from the Dr. Sears Wellness Institute, Wellcoaches, and the Integrative Health Practitioner Institute. I never stop doing research and enjoy connecting with other wellness and health professionals on a regular basis, in order to keep learning and to share best practices.
