Healthy Habits are the most punk rock thing you do!
Kurt Cobain said it best: “Punk is musical freedom. It’s saying, doing and playing what you want. In Webster’s terms, ‘nirvana’ means freedom from pain, suffering and the external world, and that’s pretty close to my definition of Punk Rock.”
To rephrase: saying, doing and living how you want is the definition of Punk Rock.
What are Healthy Habits, if not a way of living and being the person you most want to be? Of ignoring what cultural trends say are important, what big corporations’ marketing departments tell us we should care about, and instead creating a life and habits based on our own internal desires and beliefs.
I have a new program that’s launching really soon, and it’s called Healthy Habits. This program takes you through a guided process of making your own choices to live a vibrant life you really love.
When you create Healthy Habits, you:
- Don’t do anything that’s not FUN for you!
- Create the ideal life that you want to be living.
- Find love for your body now, and make small changes to enjoy your body even more in the future.
- Listen to yourself, your inner wisdom, and proven science to look and feel your best.
It’s not about what someone else says, what someone else days: Healthy Habits is all about you. And that’s pretty darn Punk Rock.
